This was one of the first series of Ice Art I took with my 5D Mark3 back in January. I used a detail extractor to see what was in this image and I was quite surprised. The purple in the image was oil on the rock (really couldn't see it with the naked eye) and the orange was the bottom of the brook. I especially love this photo, the orange and purple bring a nice color scheme into play. Capturing this Ice Art is my favorite kind of image, unique and always one-of-a-kind.
